Risk Managed was founded in 2014 by occupational therapists Emma Small and Aideen Gallagher.

We’re two highly experienced health care professionals who have:

  • facilitated training globally
  • published books on the subject of safe patient handling and SmartCare™
  • been recognized as finalists in the Leadership Category of the Safe Work NSW Awards.

Our goal to improve the safety, efficiency and quality of care for participants of NDIS/HCP funding.

In 2020 we helped over 100 clients set up SmartCare™ Personal Care Routines in their homes.
